pgjl Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

- You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading details is grounds for immediate account closure.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
- pgjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pgjl support immediately and change your password without delay.
- pgjl reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time as part of standard account security procedures.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of pgjl, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pgjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). By using the platform's payment features, you agree to the following:
- Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and listed within your account dashboard. Only funds deposited through authorised channels are eligible for use on the platform.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

pgjl is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances. Funds held in your account are player funds and will be treated accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability

- In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or regulatory breach, accounts may be frozen pending investigation. During this period, withdrawals may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
- You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting pgjl support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, after deduction of applicable fees and bonus conditions, will be returned to your registered payment method.

- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure in accordance with pgjl's dormant account policy, details of which are available from support.
